Please identify the artwork you select (giving the artist, title, and movement). What were the subjects, techniques, and aims of the movement with which the work was associated and how does this work represent them? Draw on material from class lectures as well as the textbook and relate them to details of the painting. Then answer the question in complete sentences, organizing your ideas in one paragraph. Be sure to use a thesis sentence and concluding sentence in your paragraph and use proper grammar.

Note: be sure you describe at least 3 characteristics of the artistic movement and describe how those characteristics are represented in the work of art. (You will need to describe features of the work of art as your evidence.)
