1)What are your recommendations with respect to the proposed takeover of Tardis. What steps should Dalek take to ensure this goes as smoothly as possible and any risks are mitigated, and to ensure they have the requisite employees they need to carry on business smoothly.

Dalek believes any employees laid off should just be paid the bare minimum severance pay required under the employment standards code, as Tardis was non union this should not be a problem, and will assist in controlling costs.What is your advice when it comes to handling the lay offs?
