I’m working on a music question and need guidance to help me learn.
Thesis statement: In this paper, I argue that Debussy, through his work titled Reflets dans leau (Reflections in the water) from book one of Images, pioneered a new form of music, which he called symbolic music rather than impressionism because it had definite musical features and techniques that departed from previous musical forms in that it aimed to create a different musical image dependent rather than just creating mood, atmosphere, and a detailed tone picture.
