Review of this week’s lecture and watch any videos, please evaluate and discuss the following questions:

Q1- How does your organization or one with which you are familiar use individual performance objectives to ensure that each employee is operating towards meeting business goals?

Q2- What tools would you recommend an organization implement into their practices in order to strategically align these goals?

Q3- Lastly, how can organizations ensure the chosen goals and tools are effectively meeting the overall needs of the business (Think Measurement, an example of this would be mid-year employee reviews).

Throughout this module, we studied the importance of aligning individual, department, and organizational goals. In this weeks individual assignment, I am looking for you to create 3 individual goals that align with the organization or a business you are familiar with. Preferably Healthcare.

Additionally, you will be required to develop 1 department goal that ties with the same organization (For example A Finance Departments goal to align with the business).

The goals you create should be SMART, and the goals should tie to the overall values and objectives of the business.

Create 3 Individual employee goals that tie with your organization or a business you are familiar with. Provide your reasoning for the choice of these 3 goals and how they support the business.
How will you measure these goals to ensure they are meeting the businesss needs?
