This assignment provides students the opportunity to conduct a professional clinical assessment with a client in the student’s intern, with site supervisor’s approval, or to conduct the assessment using the movie, A Beautiful Mind. The assessment is a psychological physical of a client to explore and gather insight on the client’s biological, psychological, physiological, sociological, and spiritual background.

**If you can not use a client from your practicum (internship), please watch the movie, A Beautiful Mind, which can be found on Netflix, Amazon Prime and YouTube. The lead character, John Nash, will be your client. Use his life and experiences to complete the assignment.
