In this section, students will identify a problem related to their case of conflict and describe its causes and consequences. For this discussion forum post, I’d like students to begin brainstorming possible problems to investigate. What types of problems related to your conflict case are interesting to you and why are these problems interesting? Please keep in mind that students should NOT address problems with regards to control of territory (eg, whether N Ireland should belong to Ireland or the UK; whether Karabakh should belong to Armenia or Azerbaijan).
