As you read this week’s readings, you may want to reflect on the conclusions of the Coleman Report in your post. What are the implications of this report and how has it influenced educational policy? You may also want to contrast the perspective Frederick Hess in Week 3 with that of Richard Rothstein (see reading this week). How do their views on what ails education differ? How do you think Rothstein’s policy solutions would differ from those proposed by Hess? Is it possible to ever eliminate the achievement gap in America given what you know about education policy so far?
I have attached the two readings for the response. I need two paragraphs please.
