I’m working on a communications question and need guidance to help me learn.

I’m doing a persuasive speech about veganism with a group.We are preparing an outline and my part is to do the body of the speech which talking about the health benefits of being a vegan. I need a little introduction of what i’m going to talk about ,then three supportive points of health benefits that would include a description and two examples per one. Also i need a transition sentence that will end my part and pass it to my group member.
