I’m working on a writing discussion question and need an explanation to help me understand better.
Do some research on your chosen company (The coca-cola company). Post an answer to at least one (1) of the following questions as it relates to your chosen company. Remember to give examples!
- What countries might your company be sourcing from or delivering to? What are some macroenvironmental influences your company needs to be vigilant about to have an efficient international logistics operation?
- What kind of INCOTERMS might your company use in their transportation contracts?
- What methods of payment might your company require or allow for freight charges?
- Look at the Logistics Performance Index. Which countries’ performance and which logistical factor(s) might affect your company the most? What is the overall LPI score for the country you picked?
