The findings from my CliftonStrenghts assessment revealed my strengths to be the following: Individualization, Achiever, Restorative, Analytical, and Learner. I find this to be no surprise as I am greatly connected with all of the assessment’s findings. Individualization was my greatest strength, when interacting with people both on a personal and business standpoint I subconsciously do this without even realizing it. I tend to formulate and gather what skills each person has and create expectations. The second strength in the finding was Achiever, I find great satisfaction with being both productive and seeing tasks through until completion. Restorative would be my biggest surprise in the assessment, not because I disagree this as being a strength but because I thought it would be number one. As part of the leadership team in my role at JP Morgan Chase I am relied upon to both deescalate and resolve many customers issues on a weekly basis. Analytical is a skill that I utilize in working towards finding the root cause of any situation, this is a skill that I feel I have the greatest opportunity to improve. The final skill found was learner, I am always trying to improve my skills and knowledge in every aspect of life especially pertaining to my career. I enjoyed reviewing the results of this assessment as it was interesting to see many of my expectations confirmed. I also see this as a great opportunity to strengthen the areas which did not appear in my top five. Many of these skills are used on a daily basis and differently dependent on each situation and interaction.
